ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, interview, and coordinate with staffing agencies
- Conduct new hire orientation and benefit orientation
- Create and update job descriptions
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Address employee concerns
- Help with benefit administration duties, including annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment
- Conduct exit reviews as needed and process termination paperwork
- Provide additional administrative support to the administrative department including part time front desk coverage
- Assist with in-person and virtual job fair events
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
