Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Benefits Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 1+ years of benefits and HR experience is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products; must be comfortable with Excel.
- HRIS experience, preferably UKG is a plus.
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
The Job:
- Process employee life event changes.
- Coordinate semi-monthly Benefits Orientations for new hires.
- Maintain benefit enrollments and terminations.
- Research and respond to benefits inquiries.
- Communicate FMLA policies to staff; administer the FMLA process from the initial leave request to the return to work.
- Additional support as needed.
This is temporary-to-hire position that pays $23/hr-$24/hr when temporary and converts to $27/hr-$28/hr when made permanent (DOE). If you are interested in this opportunity and have benefits and HR experience, apply today with your Microsoft Word resume!
