Our client who is a leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Human Resources/ Payroll Specialist to join their growing Coatesville team! This role offers the opportunity to further utilize your payroll skills in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of related human resources and payroll experience
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, Paylocity a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Strategic approach to problem solving
• Excellent ability to communicate regarding confidential information

Day to Day:

• Perform payroll functions for new and existing employees, including updating information
• Verify payroll data for accuracy in a timely manner, noting necessary adjustments
• Utilize data to conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Promptly respond to any inquiries regarding attendance or accrued leave
• Assist with administration of benefits as needed
• Perform various tasks as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
