Responsibilities
* Handle a broad range of HR requests
* Work independently to handle employee relations conflicts
* Provide guidance to managers in how to handle employee concerns
* Answer basic benefits questions and leave requests eligibility/options
* Manage details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, termination, and investigations
* Provide translation for new hire orientation
* Assist with hourly recruiting as needed
Requirements
* 2+ years of HR Specialist experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
* Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
