Our client, a financial services firm, is searching for a Senior Director of Global Total Rewards to join their NYC team. In this role, you will provide strategic input and operational leadership in the design, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation, benefit, and equity plans, programs, and policies. You will also enhance structures for salary grades/bands, job titling/levelling, merit increases, commissions, and promotions. The ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate both qualitative and quantitative data effectively. Requirements:

  • 10+ years of global compensation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field
  • Master's degree in related field: CCP, CEP, CBP, CEBS, CPHR, or PHR preferred
  • Experience in global, publicly traded companies, ideally supporting Board, Compensation Committee, and/or proxy-related needs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global compensation plan design and administration - base salary, annual incentive, commission, and equity, including deep benchmarking expertise
  • Familiarity with best-in-class HCM systems like Workday or Oracle, and other technologies/tools related to compensation, benefits administration, or outsourcing

The salary range for this role is $215,000 - $250,000.

*Compensation commensurate with experience.
