Our client, a leading tech investment firm, is looking for a Technical Recruiting Manager to sit within their NYC investing team. In this role, the Technical Recruiting Managerw will work directly with the founders of the team's early stage portfolio companies to support their technical hiring needs. This role will mainly cover full life cycle recruiting and advisory support to the founders. Ultimately, it is the resposibility of the Recruiting Manager to maintain a robust pipeline of talent and to drive seamless integration of employees into the company's dynamic culture. Requirements:

• Tech recruiting experience working with VC firms, strongly preferred
• Ability to manage strategy and execution for tech related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000.

*Compensation commensurate with experience.
