Our client, an independent financial firm, is looking for a Director of Talent Management and Learning to join their NYC team. In this role, you will design, build, and implement our programs for professional development that will include a competency-based approach to all aspects of talent and performance management, including but not limited to: succession planning, career-pathing, Hi-Po development, curriculum sourcing, and key program pilots and launches. Additionally, you will enable and empower our professionals to self-navigate their own successful career journeys through a combination of on-the-job opportunities, relationships with internal mentors at all levels, and through on-demand and curated digital learning offerings. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong knowledge of current learning management practices, industry trends, digital learning platforms, and best practices. Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of Talent Management, including Learning and Development experience coming from a Professional Services firm or the Financial Services Industry.
- Bachelor's (BA/BS) Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with 8+ years of experience in the field of talent management, learning, professional development, and career development.
- Knowledge of current learning management practices, industry trends, digital learning platforms, and best practices
- Experience as a Workday Learning Administrator & LinkedIn Learning Administrator
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning and content curation
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000.
*Compensation commensurate with experience.
