Our client, a well-known and developing licensed medical professional liability insurance carrier, is seeking a recruiter to join their team in Long Island. In this role, you will develop and build a growing team, creatively source for top professional positions, and be able to use up-to-date recruiting resources and branding strategies to find top talent. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruiting for non-exempt and exempt positions, and has a background within the insurance industry. In addition, some generalist experience is ideal as well. - Bachelor's degree, required
- 5-10+ years' experience within talent acquisition
- Insurance experience, strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and project experience
The salary range for this position is between $90k-110k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
