Our client, a prestigious global architecture firm, is seeking an Immigration and Mobility Specialist to join their global HR team in NYC. Your responsibilities include handling the coordination and administration of immigration and mobility documentation and processes for their U.S. based employee population. You would serve as the subject matter expert on all non-immigrant and immigrant related matters. This includes proactively managing all the phases of the temporary and permanent visa processes, audit and update status data for all active immigrant cases, advise and coordinate the recruiting team, and manage the annual H1B lottery process, among many other tasks. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 4+ years of related HR/immigration experience
- strong analytical, problem solving, and mathematical skills
- strong Microsoft Excel skills
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
