Our client, a prestigious media company, is seeking a Vice President of HR to join their team in NYC. Responsibilities will include handling employee relations matters, and being able to work closely with their legal team and business affairs team. There will also be the opportunity to work on succession planning, performance management, and other HRBP related duties. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional that is detailed, thorough, organized, and tech savvy. Furthermore, the candidate should have experience at both large and small companies, as well as an ability to facilitate a strong and collaborative work environment. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 15+ years' of HR experience
- Large and small company experience, preferred
- Strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills
- Previous experience with performance management and succession planning, preferred.
The compensation for this position is between $180k-$235k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
