Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a DEI Associate to join their team in NYC. Your responsibilities would include working closely with the DEI team, firm leaders, HR team, and other stakeholders to support strategic decision making related to DEI strategy throughout talent management and other initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to support project teams and help monitor trends related to DEI, as well as develop new approaches regarding recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 3+ years of DEI or comparable experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to take on challenges and high impact projects
The compensation for this position is around $125k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
