Our client, a global investment management firm, seeks a dynamic, experienced Sr. Employee Engagement Specialist to join the team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses event planning experience for both domestic and global companies that are both in-person and virtual, as well as the ability to manage event budgets and ensuring attendees have a seamless experience. Advanced negotiation and communication skills, the ability to liaise with various different business units, and strong organizational abilities are critical pieces of the position. - Bachelors Degree, required.
- Event planning experience across varying company sizes, as well as the ability to manage event budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and design software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
The salary range for this position is $125k-$150k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
