Our client, a small and prestigious professional services holding company, is seeking a Part-Time HR Consultant (10-20 hours/week) to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you would be handling some culture work and initiatives, and drive employee surveys, performance management, and culture building. You would also help manage the recruitment process, including building an employee referral program. The ideal candidate can be standalone and be a proactive, self-starter. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 3-5+ years of HR experience
- Background in financial services is preferred
The hourly rate for this position is between $45-55/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
