Our client, a global investment management firm, seeks a dynamic, highly-skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses HR related experience in a learning and development capacity, as well as the ability to manage and champion multiple projects at once. A critical thinker who can get caught up to industry trends, synethsize, and deliver information succinctly is a highly sought after trait for this role. - Bachelors' Degree, required.
- 8+ years of HR-related experienced, with at least a portion of it in a customer-oriented role.
- Sound judgment, and an ability to set ambitious yet achieveable goals for employees.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with a collaborative, customer-oriented personality.
The salary range for this role is $175k-$225k/yr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
