Our client, a social services non-profit, seeks a versatile, driven recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses experience in housing or staffing agency recruitment, working knowledge of Paycom, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to perform quantitative and analytical skills, as well as prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment and HRIS systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience meeting deadlines on hiring requests, and facilitating internal personnel changes are also preferred characteristics of a candidate for this position. - 3+ years of in house or staffing agency recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; or a related field
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with HRIS systems, preferred
- Anaytical, quantitative, and mathematical skills, preferred
The hourly rate for this position is $28-$30/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
