Our client, a growing biotechnology company, seeks a dynamic Senior Manager of People & Culture to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience transitioning their firm from a PEO to an HRIS system, as well as years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. In addition, supporting company-wide initiatives and culture, an ability to improve HR processes and procedures, and past experience leading onboarding and employee training are all key facets of this position. An ability to address HR questions with confidentiality, support DEI and employee engagement initiatives, and a strong ability to gather and present information are also critical to having success in the position.   • Bachelors Degree, required.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience, required.
  • Experience driving companies forward through recruitment and organizational culture development.
  • Experience with conversion from PEO model to in-house HR support, strongly preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with an ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners.

The base salary range for this role is $140k-$167k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
