Our client, a prominent financial services firm, seeks a dynamic Contract Benefits Coordinator to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience handling all facets of benefits administration, as well as an ability to deliver solutions to employee inquiries regarding benefits. This candidate will help with the open enrollment process, as well as contribute to other projects as needed. Data analysis and collection, as well as previous experience utilizing ADP will allow someone to excel in this role. - Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred.
- 1+ years of benefits administration experience, required.
- An ability to manage the open enrollment period as well as answer employee questions regarding benefits
- Previous data analysis and collection experience, strongly preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $35-$45/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
