Our client, a prominent non-profit organization, seeks a versatile Temp to Perm Total Rewards Specialist in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses experience evaluating benefit eligibility, as well as the ability to review file integrations. In addition, an interest in developing an ability to work within the compensation space, as well as previous experience with ADP Workforce Now are ideal characteristics in an applicant for this role. - 3+ years of benefit management experience, required.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel (v lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
- In depth working knowledge of worker's compensation, ADA, and FMLA regulations.
- A self-starter who is resourceful in solving problems and maximizing resources.
The hourly rate for this role is $25-$27/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
