Our client, a global financial services firm, seeks a dynamic Benefits & Payroll Administrator to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese, as well as two or more years of experience with global payroll & benefits. In addition, a strong base in Microsoft Office is required, as well as strong organization skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of softwares such as ADP, MS Dynamics, and Concur, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills is strongly preferred in the ideal candidate for this role. - Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Accounting, finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in US and global payroll.
- Understanding of benefits and accounting, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to compose correspondence.
The salary range for this role is $70k-$80k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
