Our client, a prominent non-profit organization in sports, seeks a dynamic, experienced Senior Benefits & Compensation Generalist to join their team at their Jamaica, NY office. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of benefits, compensation, and data analytics, as well as a familiarity with HRIS systems. This candidate will ensure compliance with federal and state filings in terms of benefits, manage compensation programs, and maintain the function of the organization;s internal HRIS systems. A self-starting attitude, the ability to handle multiple projects, and a detail-oriented approach are key characteristics that will allow a candidate to excel in this role.   • Bachelor's degree, required. Master's degree, a plus.
  • Expertise in HRIS and creating reports.
  • 6+ years of HR-related experience with benefits and compensation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting abilities.

The salary range for this role is $85-$92k.

Compensation commesurate with experience.

5 days in-office required.
