Our client, a prestigious media non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic Temp to Perm HR Administrator to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses multiple years of HR experience handling benefits administration, onboarding, managing internship programs. In addition, experience with HRIS systems such as ADP and BambooHR, as well as excellent technical skills within Microsoft Suite will allow a candidate to excel in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an excellent work ethic, and strong analytical capabilities are also characteristics that will help a candidate succeed in this position. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience in benefits administration, onboarding, and management of internship programs.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP and Bamboo HR, strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Fluent in spanish, strongly preferred.
The hourly rate range for this position is $30-$40/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
