Our client, a prestigious global investment firm, seeks a dynamic HRIS Manager to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses previous experience with people and workforce analytics such as analyzing and reporting performance data to help the team to make data-driven decisions regarding feedback and professional development. In addition, previous experience overseeing talent reviews, strong HRIS experience in UKG, and strong data analytics skills will allow somebody to excel in this position. This candidate will also assist in benefits enrollment, assist in onboarding, and help with new hire orientation processes. In addition, strong Excel skills are a critical aspect of this role. - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, required.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- An ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
The salary range for this position is $100k-$150k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
