Our client, a prestigious educational foundation, seeks a dynamic Contract Recruiter to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses past experience with school-based hiring for school teachers and workers, as well as previous Indeed sourcing experience. In addition, the ideal candidate has multiple years of recruiting under their belt, an ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems, and a collaborative yet self-starting attitude. - 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- An ability to utilize and champion Applicant Trcking Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Past experience in school-based hiring, preferred.
The hourly rate range for this role is $30-$35/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
