Our client, a prestigious global architecture firm, seeks a dynamic, experienced HRIS Consultant to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses Workday implementation experience, as well as strong data analytics and reporting capabilities. This candidate will aid the team in transitioning from unit testing and going into the end-to-end phase of the implementation. - Extensive Workday implementation experience, required.
- 5+ years of experience working within HRIS software management.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
- A collaborative mindset and an ability to coach employees across all levels of the organization.
The hourly rate for this role is $50-$75/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
5 days in-office, REQUIRED.
