The ideal candidate possesses experience with payroll, benefits, deferred compensation, HRIS implementation and discretionary bonuses. * 8+ years' of experience preferred
* Experience implementing new a new payroll system, highly preferred
* Fnancial services industry experience, required
* Experience partnering with a PEO
The salary range is $160k-$200k.
