Our client, a growing software development company, seeks a versatile, dynamic HR Manager to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses previous experience serving in a standalone HR function, as well as the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle. In addition, previous experience working with a PEO, developing performance management processes, and the ability to work with insurance programs will allow somebody to excel in this position. A self-starting, detail-oriented mindset, coupled with past exprerience within a start-up environment are also characteristics that will position a candidate for success in this role. - 5+ years of HR experience.
- The ability to serve in a standalone HR role, and previous experience in a start-up environment.
- Previous experience collaborating with a PEO and working with insurance programs.
- The ability to develop performance management processes and streamline workflows.
The salary range for this role is $100k-$120k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
