Our client, a highly diversified global investment manager, is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join their New York team. Your responsibilities in this role will be to source, screen and recommend applicants to managers for further review, as well as assisting managers with the interview and selection process. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, extend job offers and facilitate the New Hire Process, as well as manage new hire entry in Workday. Other day to day tasks will include maintain the weekly open jobs, job postings and assisting with the Summer Intern Program. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong HRIS experience, and strong attention to detail. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more.
* 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial or professional services
* Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
* High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems - especially Workday
* Excellent sense of discretion
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
* High sense of confidentiality dealing with sensitive documents
The salary range for this role is $85k-$100k.
Compensation Commensurate with experience.
