Our cllient, a prestigious non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic Contract Labor Relations Consultant to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses previous experience conducting workplace investigations within a union environment, in addition to an ability to handle highly confidential information. n addition, conducting interviews, preparing investigatory analysis, and securing relevant documentation as evidence in coplaints are also key facets of this position. A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with excellent wrriten and verbal communication skills will likely excel in this role. - 3+ years of leading workplace investigations.
- The ability to prepare accurate and concise written investigative reports
- The capcity to properly handle highly sensitive confidential matters.
- Experience within a union setting, strongly preferred.
The hourly rate range for this role is $45-$50/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
