Our client, a prominent investment management firm, seeks a dynamic Benefits Consultant to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience managing audits and conducting benefits testing to help establish processes. In addition, ensuring that monthly invoices are paid, managing FSA funds, and tracking accruals and auditing for errors are key facets of this position. - 4+ years of benefits administration experience.
- Past experience managing audits and conducting benefits testing.
- Bachelors degree, required.
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude.
The hourly rate for this role is $60-$70/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
