Our client, a prestigious global law firm, seeks a dynamic HR Director to lead their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidates posseses experience navigating large-scale change management, as well as previous experience in a law environment. In addition, the ability to oversee performance management, lead various projects simultaneously, and overseeing onboarding processes are also key aspects of this position. The candidate will be partnering with functions of HR including recruitment, benefits, payroll, compensation, and global mobility teams to optimize processes within the organization. A self-starter with strong organizationa; skills and the ability to champion multiple projects simultaneously under pressure are also key characteristics that will allow somebody to succeed in this position. - Bachelors Degree, required.
- 12+ years of HR experience within a law firm.
- Technical competence and advanced experience across all aforementioned areas of HR.
- Excellent organization skills coupled with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this role is $225k-$270k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
