Our client, a prominent real estate firm, seeks a dynamic, well-rounded Temp HRBP to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience, as well as past roles managing employees within a union environment. The ability to handle complex employee relations issues, an understanding of compliance laws across different geographic locations, and overseeing performance management processes are all key aspects of this role. This candidate will be overseeing many functions of HR including talent acquisition, benefits, and payroll, as well as improving upon HR processes that are in place. - Bachelor Degree, required.
- 5+ years of HR experience within a unionized environment.
- The ability to navigate complex ER issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as they ability to connect with different audiences.
The hourly rate for this role is $40-$45/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
