Our client, a prominent non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic Head of HR Operations and Rewards to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses experience overseeing HRIS systems and optimizing workflows utilizing anaytlics, as well as managed benefits adminsitraiton and compensation cycles. In addition, an ability to utilize and present data to drive company performance, design compensation programs, and manage relationships with vendors are also key components of this position. Strong leadership capabilities, knowledge of federal and local labor laws, and strong proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce now will also a candidate to excel in this role. - Bachelors Degree, required.
- 10+ years of HR experience and 3+ years of management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in HR systems and an ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations.
- The ability to design both compensation and benefits programming to attract top talent.
The salary range for this role is $150k-$170k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
