Our client, a prominent charter school system, seeks a dynamic, versatile HR Business Partner to join the team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience handling employee relations issues, in addition to strategic HR leadership candidate. Advising leaders on hiring, performance management, employee coaching, and development as well as utilizing data analytics to ensure the school perform at the highest level in terms of people practices are key components of this role. Strong problem-solving capabilities, stellar communication skills, and an ability to facilitate a collaborative environment will allow someone to be successful in this position. - Bachelors degree, required.
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a strategic partner role.
- Deep employee relations experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to advise on performance management initiatives.
The salayr range for this role is $120k-$130k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
