Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a direct-hire HRIS & Data Analyst to support their team in Frederick, MD!

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business) required.
  • 3+ years of direct Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Software Testing experience required.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Payroll systems (preferably ADP Workforce Now, AcquireTM ATS, and Performance Pro).
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication skills.

The Job:

  • Manage the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now).
  • Create dashboards and manage/administer HR sites.
  • Prepare, run, and develop HR reports and analyze/present data.
  • Work closely with HR, Team Member Operations, Talent Acquisition teams, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned or required by the role.
