Our client, a proprietary trading firm, is seeking a Human Capital Assistant to support their team. Hours are 9/9:30am-5:30/6pm and they are in office five days a week, with possible flex to work from home one day.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and travel for the Head of Human Capital
- Must be NYC savvy in order to reserve good restaurants and event spots
- Book logistics for candidate interviews and keep track of swag shipments
- Serve as point of contact for hotel relationships
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with travel booking
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Suite and Google
- Flexible, agile and has executive presence
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $70-75K base plus bonus
