Our client, a global, top-tier financial services company, is hiring an HR Generalist for their NYC office. This position is a true relationship management role that will provide Human Capital support to clients. In this role, you will help manage the full employee life-cycle and have talent acquisition responsibilities. This is a great role for a demonstrated leader that has experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is one that is analytical, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
This role requires the following:
- BA/BS degree (in Human Resources a plus)
- 5-7+ years HR experience
- Experience with compensation and benefit administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
