Position Summary: To manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily efficiency and productivity of the service technicians and department. Ride-alongs with all technicians are a priority. Other duties include customer relations, working with dispatch for scheduling accuracy, reviewing service invoices, and warranty claims, and collaborative interaction with the other departmental managers to achieve overall company success.

Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained in technical skills and customer interaction skills.

Required to track and measure Service Department progress through data collection and reporting on a daily and weekly basis (CRM and other tracking software)

The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and ensure its continued profitability and growth.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' Supervisor/Management experience
• HVAC or experience in a trade/construction preferred
• Mechanically inclined
• Excellent Computer skill and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team player and Humble demeanor
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Driven individual dedicated to personal, professional, and company-wide growth
• Well-organized and able to work independently
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
