Position Notes:This position is hybrid. Once day in office per week, more if business needs require it.
Looking for an individual with strong reading, writing, proofing and critical thinking skills with an awareness of grammar and sentence structure. The individual will be put on a correspondence team, using templates to create outbound letters.
Please note that there will NOT be any phone work unless converted to perm. If converted to perm, they may be asked to do limited outbound calling calling from July-Feb.
Position Summary:
We're looking for an individual who is positive and enthusiastic - who enjoys a fast pace with high volume processing. This individual will develop an in-depth understanding of the market including the products they offer. An ideal candidate is a quick learner who adapts to new systems or procedures and is able to apply this information effectively during problem resolution as well as know when to seek assistance.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Use templates and ad hoc formats to create outbound customer correspondence.
- Use multiple systems and spreadsheets to ensure specific client rules are followed.
- Use sound judgement to research and resolve problems that inhibit processing.
- All tasks must adhere to department quality standards and be completed within service level obligations.
