We have an exclusive opportunity with a global public company with significant operations in Austin, Texas, and more growth has been committed to Central Texas. This is a newly created role to support and work closely with the business team in crucial functions including:
- serve as liaision to multiple business teams on a variety of legal matters
- provide legal counsel on claims, software licenses and procurement
- draft and negotiation contracts for product, customer relations and site services among others
- be key part of a collaborate legal team in Austin and globally
