A national law firm seeks a Litigation Legal Assistant for their Jacksonville office with experience handling insurance defense litigation matters. The position is in office, but they do offer Fridays as a remote day and may add additional remote days in the future. The Legal Assistants work Monday through Friday on a 35 hour work week. They offer medical, dental, 401K, PTO and a relaxed, friendly work environment.

Job Requirements:

• A minimumof three years of insurance defense experience;
• A minimum of three years litigation and trial experience;
• The candidate must have experience with scheduling hearings, depositions and CMEs;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/etc);
• Proficient in ECF Filing (both Federal and State);
• The candidate must be able to work in a high volume caseload;
• The candidate must possess excellent organization skills, critical thinking skills and be able to multitask;
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
• The candidate must have experience working for at least two attorneys at one time; and
• Experience with Practice Master and Net Documents is preferred but not required
