An AV rated litigation firm is HIRING. The firm is seeking a full time, experienced insurance defense legal assistant for our West Palm Beach office. This is an IN OFFICE position, not a remote position. The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience, strong organization skills, ability to work with a team and have the ability to communicate and handle yourself professionally. Must be familiar with e-filing (state and federal courts), court procedures, scheduling, drafting legal documents and entering time. Must have knowledge and experience with case management systems and billing systems. The ability to be a dynamic multi-tasker is essential for this position, as is the ability to remain a calm and supportive leader within the team.
