Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced candidate for an Intellectual Property Project Assistant position in the Cincinnati, Cleveland, or Columbus office of a national full service law firm. The IP Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting the firm's intellectual property practice group with its growing patent and trademark practices. Duties include but aren't limited to the following:

• Maintaining a daily docket and tracking status and completion of items
• Assist with preparation of bills and invoices and processing of same
• Open new client matters in firm's database
• Process incoming correspondence via mail, email, and fax
• Maintain and update client files

Qualifications:

• At least one year of administrative experience
• Prior experience with billing and invoicing
• Experience with CPI and Anaqua is a plus, but not required!
