Our client, an established and reputable private equity firm, is seeking a Investor Relations Analyst to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30/9am-5/5:30pm (Monday is an 8am start) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote (Monday through Wednesday in office, Thursday and Friday are remote days).

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to two Associates in investor relations
• Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with events
• Manage information in company CRM
• Provide fundraising support and communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's required
• At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in professional or financial services
• Interest in finance and demonstrated business acumen
• Proficient in Excel (v look-ups) and PowerPoint
• Polished and friendly individual with a "no task too big or too small" mentality

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $90-95K base + bonus depending on experience
