Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced attorney candidates to support a Philadelphia-local life sciences company with the review, revision and negotiation of a heavy volume of IT commercial contracts on a fully remote basis. In this role, the attorney will be working extensively with "inbound" IT contracts, consisting mostly of SaaS/cloud-based licenses/subscriptions on vendor templates. Additionally, these IT contracts will contain insurance, regulatory, security, indemnification and liability provisions that will require modification. As such, experience with these areas, especially indemnification provisions, is required for success in the role.
The ideal candidate will be actively licensed to practice in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction, and come with 5+ years of IT, SaaS contracts review and negotiations experience.
