Our growing client is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to come in assist with various companywide initiatives within technology. This person would be in a highly visible role, where you will be able to utilize your knowledge and skills to provide insight and input on business decisions. Title: IT Solutions Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC area

*Hybrid work schedule

Duration: 3-6-month contract to hire

Core Duties:

• Troubleshooting system and application-level issues
• Supporting an internal team of 40+ employees with all technology needs
• Onboarding new employees: Setting up equipment and assigning least-privilege access
• Supporting our partners and clients as it pertains to form submission and ingesting data into our CRM
• Improving network infrastructure as it pertains to performance and security
• Update CRM with appropriate notes and details
• Designing automations for cross-application workflows to enhance business processes
• Collaborate with appropriate departments to understand and design holistic technological solutions
• Complete additional duties as assigned
