Our client, a large trade association in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent HR Analyst to join their team!
About You:
- Degree required.
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- WorkDay experience major plus.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
The Job:
- Collaborate with managers to execute HR projects, run the Internship program, and serve as a bridge/collaborator across the department.
- Administer HR programs to support timely, accurate HR operations.
- Work across talent management, HR Systems and Total Rewards programs to manage compliance activities, ensure accurate records, and support Workday operations (HR Systems) and compensation administration.
- Provide guidance/training to staff and managers for policies/practices.
