A reputable client of ours is looking for someone to fill their open Collections Specialist role!

General Comments:
This individual will handle both 1-30 day past due customers as well as 31+ day accounts
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office MTW
Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
Build and maintain working relationships with Customers
Follows through on all issues timely and accurately to resolution and ensure escalation when necessary for cases
Resolve customer delinquency to ensure resolution prior to 90 days
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
MUST HAVES:
* Minimum three years of Collections experience B2B
* Account maintenance of 50 small-med accounts & 10 major accounts
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and hit the ground immediately
