We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Executive Assistant for a globally recognized law firm in their Chicago office! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting high-level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Client Service & Relationship Management: Foster open communication, prioritize conflicting needs, and maintain confidentiality.
• Billing Management: Efficiently reconcile and process expenses, actively manage timekeepers' diaries, and coordinate billing processes.
• Project Management: Compose, edit, and proofread documents, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and proactively assist lawyers with non-billable tasks.
• Training and Professional Development: Actively contribute to team activities, participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, and maintain expertise in core applications.

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• 5+ years experience supporting high-level executives.
• Law firm experience is highly preferred.
