Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable Law Firm located in the Chicago Loop! This is a full time, permanent position, with WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation!
Requirements:
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA-accredited paralegal studies certificate
- Advanced eDiscovery proficiency (DISCO or Relativity)
- Familiarity with circuit and federal court procedures
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation caseload
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Coordinate large document productions and trial preparation
- Stay updated on court procedures, rules, and e-discovery advancements
- Delegate and manage paralegal team workload
- Collaborate with practice group chairs to establish workflows
