Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Insurance Defense Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time, permanent position, 37.5 hour work week, in office 4 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 3+ years of legal experience - preferably in Insurance Defense experience
- Editing, drafting, and proofreading legal documents
- Extensive experience with Transcribe, type, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
- Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
Salaries are based on experience and ranging from $50K-$65K!
